Course terms & conditions

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms apply when you enrol on an accredited course with PharmProfessionals Education & Training Specialists Ltd (“PPets”, “we”, “us”), registered in England & Wales, company number 14852008. They cover our Open Awards accredited qualifications, including the Level 2 Technical Occupational Entry in the Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Support Staff (Certificate) and the Level 3 Technical Occupational Entry in the Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians (Diploma).

We’ve written these in plain English. Nothing in them takes away rights you have by law as a consumer. If anything is unclear, email admin@ppets.co.uk before you apply.

1. How your contract with us is formed

  1. Submitting an application through our website is not a contract — it’s a request to enrol.
  2. We’ll review your application and invite suitable applicants to a short admission interview (usually online). If successful, we’ll send you an offer by email setting out your course, fees, and start date.
  3. A binding contract forms when you accept our offer and we confirm receipt of your deposit (see section 3).
  4. We may decline an application, or withdraw an offer, if entry requirements aren’t met or if information provided is materially inaccurate.

2. Entry requirements and your information

3. Fees, deposit, and payment

4. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

In short: you can change your mind within 14 days of the contract forming and get a full refund, including your deposit.

6. If you lose your pharmacy role during the course
