There is no conversion route, and that is the whole point

Whatever you hold from home, there is no way to convert an overseas pharmacy qualification into registration as a pharmacy technician here. The General Pharmaceutical Council puts it plainly: pharmacy technicians need to complete certain education, training and experience in the United Kingdom, even if you qualified in another country.

That is not our rule, it is the regulator’s. It is also why this course exists. A UK qualification is not an optional extra or a nice-to-have on top of what you already hold. It is the route.

What we accept

• Qualifications awarded outside the UK, where you hold a UK ENIC statement of comparability. If you got yours before 2021 it will say UK NARIC, which is the same thing under its old name. We accept both.
• You do not need A levels. You do not need to have passed a UK chemistry qualification.
• You do not need your employer to fund you. Most of our learners pay for themselves.
• If you have not got your ENIC or NARIC statement yet, book the call anyway. I will tell you whether you need one before you pay for it.

If you are not working in a pharmacy yet

Both qualifications are assessed on the job, so we cannot register you until you are working in a pharmacy. That catches a lot of people, and it is the single most common reason an application stalls.

Here is how we handle it. You sign up and make your first payment, which fixes your price. You complete our Get Into Pharmacy course, which is included, and I mentor you while you look for a pharmacy job. If you have not found one within six months, we withdraw you and refund your first payment minus £49.

How it works

1. Book a 15 minute call. Same day is fine, you just need to give an hour's notice.
2. We look at what you have. Your certificates, your ENIC or NARIC statement if you have one, and where you are working.
3. I tell you your route. Level 2, Level 3, or that we are not the right fit. You get a straight answer either way.
4. If it is right, you start. First payment, then online study at your own pace with an assessor who visits your pharmacy.
